Zi Wei Dou Shu

How to read a Zi Wei chart on InnerHook

A solar birthday is enough to place twelve palaces. Hour is optional. You get a life palace, a few main stars, and short notes — not a lifetime verdict.

What you enter, what you see

The chart uses a solar date, then a lunar month and day to seat the life palace. Hour follows the twelve traditional watches; leave it blank and we use the Wu hour, marked as approximate. You see twelve palaces, fourteen majors, plus Zuo Fu, You Bi, Wen Chang, and Wen Qu. Notes cover pace, love, study / career, money, and rest.

There is no gender field and no luck-cycle strip. The body palace is shown so you can notice where the person sits versus where the mind sits — not a twenty-year forecast.

Where it parts from a professional reading

A professional Zi Wei reading may use gender, luck periods, yearly stars, four transformations, malefics, and school-specific placement. San He and Fei Xing can disagree on the same birthday. InnerHook uses one fixed San He-style placement: Zi Wei counted from Yin, odd reverse / even forward, plus four common assistants. The same birthday charts the same way on a phone. It does not claim a secret lineage.

The prose talks about pace: whether you are holding the room too tightly, or a relationship too full. It will not tell you to quit, break up, or buy a stock. Empty palaces borrow a main star from the opposite room for reading convenience, not a full borrowed-star system. If you need a formal chart, ask a practitioner you trust.

What happens to the last chart

This page does not keep your last chart. Refresh or come back later, and you enter the birthday again. The reading only stays for this visit.

We do not collect ID numbers, phones, or email. Ads are unrelated to the chart: they keep the site free, and they do not rewrite a Zi Wei star into a sales pitch.
