How your data is used

InnerHook (角落心島) is a free quiz site. This page explains what we store, and how advertising partners use cookies.
What this site stores
Quiz answers, recent results, the sign you remember, and treehole notes are written only to your browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded to this site’s servers. On the first visit, the device timezone and browser language set the default interface language — the location is not uploaded. There are no accounts and no backend profiles.
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology, based on your visits here or on other sites, to show more relevant ads. That is how the site stays free.
Cookies
Besides local storage on your device, ad services may set cookies to count impressions, prevent fraud, and (when allowed) personalise ads.
How to manage ads
You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or read Google’s advertising technology page. After you opt out you may still see ads, just less tailored to you.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Questions
There are no accounts here, and no backend personal data to correct. For ad cookies, use the Google links above. For anything else, write to the address below.
